Before you begin

This questionnaire is part of the digital productivity programme, which runs from August to September. It asks how you work today: which tasks fill your week, how much time they take, and which tools you can use.

You answered these questions in August. The questions are the same, so the two rounds can be compared. Answer for how you work today, not for what you remember answering.

Your answers are recorded under the code on your card, never under your name. PUI never receives the list linking codes to people. Kanon Strategy holds it, uses it only to send you the September questionnaire, and destroys it when the final report is delivered. Results are read as a group.

There is no right answer. If you use digital tools a lot, a little, or not at all, your answers are equally useful. An honest picture helps more than a nice one.
